RESA is a forward-thinking fashion brand specialising in unisex apparel that balances comfort with style. Founded by Deev and Vidhi Thakkar, RESA’s mission is to create versatile, high-quality clothing that caters to the diverse needs of today’s fashion-conscious individuals. The brand emphasises inclusivity by offering designs that transcend gender boundaries. With a focus on sustainability and timeless pieces, RESA has carved a niche in the fashion industry as a go-to brand for those seeking a trendy yet practical wardrobe.
OBJECTIVE
The project’s objective was to deliver a Shopify-based e-commerce solution that balances premium visuals with high-speed performance. The focus was on providing a seamless user experience that enhances customer engagement, supports conversions, and establishes a strong online footprint for the brand.
APPROACH
Understanding that the website would serve as both a brand statement and a revenue channel, we approached the project with a dual focus on design excellence and user engagement. High-quality visuals were integrated to reflect the brand’s premium positioning, while backend optimizations ensured fast loading times, even on mobile devices. Our UX strategy aimed to reduce bounce rates by making the site intuitive and compelling, guiding visitors toward conversion points effortlessly. This holistic approach ensured that the website supported the business’s broader goals of increasing sales, enhancing user trust, and building a lasting digital presence.
RESEARCH & STRATEGY
The foundation of the project was built on in-depth research using platforms like Dribbble and Awwwards to explore design trends and user preferences. Competitor analysis further highlighted effective features, helping craft a strategy tailored to both user expectations and market demands.
WIREFRAMING & PROTOTYPING
Figma was employed to design wireframes and prototypes, providing a clear roadmap for the site’s navigation and structure. Thoughtful placement of CTAs, such as “Limited Time Offers,” was planned to guide users effortlessly through their journey.
DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION
The design phase prioritised visual elegance, featuring brand-consistent aesthetics and high-quality imagery. Dynamic displays and personalised elements, such as recommended products and wishlists, enhanced the user experience while building trust and engagement.
DEVELOPMENT
Shopify’s robust framework allowed for efficient integration of key functionalities, including responsive design and secure payment solutions. The platform was optimised for speed and performance, particularly on mobile, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
TESTING
Rigorous quality assurance processes ensured the website performed flawlessly across all devices. User testing provided actionable insights, leading to final refinements that enhanced usability and positioned the site for long-term success.
RESULTS
