Casa De Robin founded by Robin D’Souza offers exclusive villa and flat rentals in Goa, India. Renowned for its stunning lake views and proximity to historic churches and pristine beaches in Goa, Casa De Robin promises a memorable stay with warm hospitality and elegantly designed interiors. 

OBJECTIVE

Our objective was to develop a comprehensive digital branding strategy for Casa De Robin, featuring a strong visual identity and a user-centric website. We aimed to integrate an advanced UI/UX design and custom line art illustrations to create an engaging and cohesive online presence that highlighted Casa De Robin’s unique offerings. 

APPROACH

Our approach embraced a customer-centric design philosophy, ensuring every element of Casa De Robin's website was crafted to enhance the guest experience. We employed storytelling techniques to vividly convey Casa De Robin's unique charm and warm hospitality. Additionally, we integrated a dynamic pricing feature that automatically adjusted rates based on the number of guests.

RESEARCH & BRANDING

We conducted a comprehensive competitor analysis to understand industry trends and product portrayals, which helped us shortlist potential themes and color palettes. Collaborating with the client, we developed a logo that reflected the brand's desired image and established a cohesive visual identity using carefully selected color palettes and typography styles. To infuse personal branding, we incorporated a robin bird into the logo, inspired by the phrase "when robins appear, loved ones are near," adding a touch of sentimentality and uniqueness. 

UI/UX RESEARCH & DESIGN

Drawing inspiration from various sources, we brainstormed potential website sections to enhance professionalism and elegance. Using Miro, we structured the information architecture to ensure an intuitive user flow. Figma was utilized to create mood boards, define UI styles, and develop wireframes, progressing from low-fidelity layouts to high-fidelity designs with integrated icons, images, and colors. 

DEVELOPMENT & USER TESTING

In the final phase, we executed the website development on WordPress, ensuring functionality and responsiveness. Using the Elementor plugin streamlined the process, making the site more user-friendly. The result was a polished, professional online presence for Casa De Robin, reflecting its unique charm and hospitality. To ensure optimal performance, we conducted extensive usability testing to identify any design or functionality issues. By collecting and analyzing user feedback, we made iterative enhancements to the website, refining the user experience. This meticulous process ensured that the final product was user-friendly, fully functional, and aligned with user expectations.
