Our objective was to enhance the Karma Foundation's online visibility and deepen community engagement by focusing on effective social media campaigns and content marketing. Our execution began with a comprehensive discovery and planning stage, during which we thoroughly analysed the Karma Foundation's existing social media presence, audience demographics, and competitors. This informed our strategy development, during which we crafted a detailed social media strategy aligned with the foundation's goals.

We designed engaging and informative materials for content creation, including graphics, videos, and stories tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. These platforms were chosen for their ability to reach diverse audience segments and drive engagement. Each piece of content was crafted to resonate with the audience and highlight the foundation's mission.
IMPLEMENTATION
During the implementation phase, we executed the social media plan with precision, using real-time analytics to adjust tactics and optimise performance. We also utilised UTM links via Bitly to track campaign effectiveness and used Linktree to streamline donation link updates, ensuring a seamless user experience for our audience. Throughout the campaign, we regularly monitored social media metrics to track progress and make data-driven adjustments to improve results continually.
RESULTS
Engagement metrics, such as likes, shares, and comments, saw a significant uptick, reflecting the community's growing interest and involvement. Our efforts to raise awareness were also successful, evidenced by a notable increase in follower count across all platforms.
